This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which HSIN-CHIH CHEN ("Developer," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users (each, a "User") of the BPM Go mobile application (the "App").

1. Personal Identification Information (PII) - Non-Collection

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The BPM Go App does not collect, store, or use any Personal Identification Information (PII) from its Users.

This means we do not ask for, nor do we collect, your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or any other information that could be used to personally identify you.

2. Non-Personal Identification Information (Non-PII) & Log Data

The BPM Go App’s primary function is to serve as an exercise tool and it does not independently collect general usage data, device information, or utilize first-party tracking technologies (like cookies) for analytics or marketing.

a. Error Log Data Collection: In the event of an error or crash in the App, we may utilize third-party services to collect data and information, specifically called Log Data or Error Logs. This collection is solely for the purpose of debugging, diagnosing, and improving the stability and performance of the App.

This Log Data may include information such as:

• Your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address
• Device name
• Operating system version
• The configuration of the App when the error occurred
• The time and date of the error
• Other technical statistics related to the error

b. Cookies: We do not use "cookies" directly in the App.

3. Information Use

The very limited Non-PII we collect (Error Logs) is used strictly for the purpose of App debugging and service improvement.
